Use of data in the provision of services

In order to provide you with services and to contact you if necessary in connection with the provision of services, we ask you for the following information about you:
– first and last name,
– e-mail address,
– phone number
– other data related to the provision of the service, if necessary.
We keep your data for three years from the time you last used the services, based on the goal of ensuring the fulfillment of your and our contractual rights and obligations, as well as to answer your questions regarding the provision of the service.

Due to accounting requirements, we keep the original accounting documents for seven years from the end of the financial year in which we were paid for the corresponding service.

Regardless of the above, we will delete the data immediately if there is no longer any basis and purpose for their future storage.

Use of data for web browsing statistics and your preferences

We want to constantly develop our website and make it even more user-friendly so that our services meet the needs and preferences of our customers as much as possible. For this purpose, we would like to know how often our website is visited, which device and browser are used for browsing, which regions visitors come from, and which information on our website is of most interest to website visitors. We use the corresponding data on the basis of legitimate interest, and store them indefinitely. We use such non-personalized statistical data to analyze visitor trends on our website.

On the basis of legitimate interest, we also remember your actions and preferences on our websites (your language preference, font size and other screen preferences) so that you do not have to re-enter them repeatedly. We also remember information about the answers given to your questions in order to direct you to the services and information that you might be most interested in. We keep this data as long as we have a reason to keep your data either for service provision (see above) or for direct marketing (see below).

For these purposes, we use cookies with the help of Google Analytics. A cookie is a small text file that the website stores on your device when you visit the website.

You can find additional information about the working principles of Google Analytics here.

You can disable the collection of your data by Google Analytics at any time. See more about it here.

In addition, your activities on our website (including your IP address, request time) can also be recorded by the server that hosts our website. This data is also used on the basis of legitimate interest, but only for technical purposes to ensure the security and operation of the website.

You can delete all cookies that are on your computer, as well as set your browser in such a way that it is not possible to place cookies in the future. See additional information, e.g. here. However, we draw your attention to the fact that if you do not agree to the use of cookies, certain functions of the website may not function properly or at all, i.e. you have to manually adjust certain preferences every time you visit the website.

Use of data for direct marketing

With your consent, we collect and store your first and last name and contact information for direct marketing purposes. We will delete this data within three years from the time you gave your consent or when you last used our services, unless you renew your consent in the meantime at our request.

If we send you information about Woodhammer Oü’s offers, campaigns, events and other activities, we use the information collected about your preferences to direct you to the services and information that you might be most interested in.

Please note that you can withdraw your consent to direct marketing at any time by writing to us at info@woodhammer.ee or by clicking on the corresponding link in our direct marketing e-mail.
